About Me
I'm excited to return to Eanes Elementary as a Special Education teacher. This will be my fifth year teaching Special Education, and my seventh year in the field of education.
I have a Biochemistry degree from Mount Holyoke College and spent many years as a research scientist and clinical trials researcher. Since the birth of my daughter with Down syndrome in 2000, I have focused my research abilities to learn about individualized instructional strategies for students with learning differences. It has been my passion for many years, and I am thrilled to be able to support the learning and growth of our beautiful and unique children!
I love spending time with my creative and fun family. Our favorite activity is hiking and playing with our lively labrador retriever.
